history of Epsom Salt

salts have a fascinating history, as they were discovered as early as the 18th
century in a town called Epsom, about 15 miles from London. People will travel
from all over Europe to bathe in the town's brackish spring healing water,

Eventually
they found that the boiling produced magnesium sulfate, later named Epsom salt,

Magnesium
is an important mineral that acts as a cofactor in more than 300 biochemical

part because our soils have been changing over the years.
That
