ABOUT THE ASHRAM

The 5 years that I've lived with Sri Avinash has changed my life. My life was definitely a struggle before I met him. I was very confused about life and this lack of understanding of what truly leads to happiness could have easily turned nasty. So I am very grateful to have a chance to be so closely guided by Sri Avinash.
Just by being in his presence and witnessing how he lives his life and how he is being in all situations in life, somehow created a massive impact on me. His calm nature, unshakable equanimity and joyfulness naturally leaves an imprint in my consciousness. Even though I know I still have a long way to go to mastering my mind, I have gone a long way forward in my spiritual quest. I now know what I need to do and what not to do, as if the future is in my hands. I've been given the tools and shown the path. Combined with Sri Avinash's continual guidance, it's up to me to practice the teachings and realize the potential of my true nature.
There has been many difficulties over the past 5 years during my spiritual training, together with unforgettable joys. I know that the experiences of everyone who lives with Sri Avinash, may be uniquely different to mine. But I can honestly say, it is such a great blessing for anyone to have an opportunity to live with Sri Avinash, and experience what enlightenment actually looks like, and thus benefit from that.
