Date: 29/07/2017This is a very unprofessional and poor company. They make their money from tricking people and taking advantage that NO ONE EVER READS terms and conditions. They get you to subscribe for monthly supply, they send you their CRAP and NEVER SEND YOU INVOICES, so you really don't know how much you're paying.
Customer service is HORRIBLE! They refused to connect me with the supervisor, and when I stated the reason for my complaint, they asked me HOW ARE YOU DOING TODAY.

Date: 31/05/2017Total scam....this product is not worth a dime. It feels like dried egg white on your face....you cannot put makeup on top of it or it will melt away. Once you order a free sample they will charge your credit card without consent and keep sending you the product. $140.00 Canadian. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get a phone number to return the product. They kept trying to make a deal and charge me 40% then 50% of the total cost so I would not return it.I had to get firm and demand a refund. I am also demanding a refund on the return shipping because I did not authorize the order in the first place. They are saying the return shipping is my cost.....If I do not get a shipping refund I will be taking this further. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT....EVEN THE FREE SAMPLE.....
