Thanks for stopping by! I currently live in Mar Vista with my wife and two kids. Five years ago we built our custom dream house complete with a pool and large outdoor living space. It was a long and stressful process but we learned a lot from the experience. Previously we lived in a townhouse which we also remodeled in Santa Monica. We lived there for 12 years and currently own it as a rental property. I have flipped several properties around the westside and own 35+ investment properties.
