Yes, the Vanguard Management Group maintains buildings, grounds, and recreation facilities. However, our success actually has little to do with the management of these. Successful homeowner association management (includes condominiums, townhomes, and all common interest properties) begins and ends with our client residents and our interactions. We hire staff who understands that residents calling with annoyances and problems are often stressed, strained, and angry for other reasons. There is often a fine line or a blur between association-responsible repairs and owner repairs with respect to condominiums, villas, and townhome owners. .
