Date: 02/10/2012Love this place! The Instructors are highly skilled and great at what they do. The space is beautiful and i always feel that i am being well looked after. My fitness and flexibility have improved enormously in the few months since i started and i feel lots more confident in my self and my body. Can't recommend them enough
