Date: 28/12/2024Owners of house arranged for place to be sprayed for cockroaches 14 Dec '24.
I have left messages on number left by technician asking how long until cockroach problem stops. No reply.
Rang business number about 4 times and asked same question. Guy couldn't comprehend my question and kept saying you have to vacate house for 2 hours after spraying.
Rang back following day and said I wanted interior resprayed - which he understood. Said someone would contact me in about 5 minutes. It is now 4 days later and still no call.
Had another huge cockroach in bedroom last night. Two the night before and these are the ones I see.
There are cockroaches crawling out of cupboard on verandah and they were asked to give outside a good spray.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. TWO WEEKS AND ROACHES STILL CRAWLING AROUND.
NO BACK UP SERVICE.
ONCE THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY THERE IS NO CARE TOWARDS CUSTOMER.
