Date: 06/11/2013Same shit as every one else has written! they ripped us off, delivered a lounge that was the wrong colour and broken! Looked nothing like the picture. I have called so so many times but nothing has been done simply have been told they will get back to me bla bla blaa! same shit yet i still dont have a lounge that i can sit on!! Lodged a complaint today so hopefully will get sorted

They did indeed deliver my lounge broken! I waited a month for it to be replaced and them only half and they didn't match at all and was Nothing like the picture.
Lies so many they get confused ! It's Been an absolute nightmare and they are quite menacing too.
Andrew shouted over the top of me every time I tried to have a conversation and Louise just kept lying. There is no customer service and its appalling that business's like this are allowed to continue trading! Grrrr
It's been the MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE
I am lodging my complaint with Fair Trading and I pray that every one does !!!

Date: 19/10/2012they do not even deserve a star. i called in to ask about a purchase i had made and the man yelled at me and asked how did you get my number i replieed off your website he yelled at me and told me it was illegal for me to call him... i called the number listed on my receipt. Then they wouldnt let me cancel my order! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

We just has a Modular delivered which was botha dsifferent colour and different size form the lovely looking advbertisemen.t Lesson learnt for us! It's been a nightmare. I tried to find a discussion forum on their website- but alas, there isn't one! They wont get back to you when they say and are completely unhelpful. Have never dealt with anyone as unprofesisonals these guys. We're going through consumer affairs at the monent. Seriously, do not buy!!!
Date: 07/08/2012Please please please do not ever purchase anything from this company. They are very untrustworthy, the products are nothing like they are advertised. They take 3 months to arrive and when they do they are broken. An investigation with consumer rights has been opened up for false advertisement and fraud. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN BY THE PRETTY PICTURES.
