Steelbuilt Australia offers a complete range of over 50 affordable kit homes, some shown below, to suit any location. Our packaged homes come in a range of flexible plans – your plan or ours, kit supply only or kit and construction up to a certain stage. Mix, match and modify as you please and when you have chosen your plan, a Steelbuilt Australia Kit home can be supplied on your land in about eight weeks from date of agreement.

All internal frames are delivered pre-assembled ready to stand and are clearly marked for simple and efficient construction.

Standard inclusions include Wall frames, trusses, roof, fascia, gutters, external cladding, windows, soffits and internal doors.
