As you get older it phalogenics gets even more important to maintain a level of fitness, and I am not talking about being able to run a marathon or climb Everest, although both of them have been done by folks in their 70's and beyond. I am just talking about getting out of your recliner or climbing in and out of a car. Things you take for granted right now, but they may not be do-able in the future if you don't look phalogenics traction after yourself. I talked to two "older ladies" in the past couple weeks.
