or my olds I can't call those lifestyles that thought this joke um before when
I was losing weight I would do strictly cardio Zuma elliptical and Harley I
would maybe do some I've always loved like doing like ab workouts and I've
always loved doing like push-ups um something that.
I always like the
challenging workouts but I always thought it would make me bulky that's why I
shop so I'm just like strictly Zumba on the elliptical I'm you know the
treadmill walking and stuff like that I always hated running I still hate
running till now and I'll show you guys a picture of what I used to look like
when I did a ton of cardio I literally went like this I lost one of my hips um
I lost like any sort of any sort of curvature in that.
