Total Keto Boost

I recently caught sight of a reality show that shows people who have reached up to 200 lbs and more, over their desired goals, they get on this program, work extremely hard and I do mean extremely hard, to get back into the body of their dreams. I have only caught the program twice, but I was so very extremely impressed with how hard they worked to burn off the fat, I was crying by the end of the program. Now I don't care if the scales they use for these folks were set or anything else, what I saw them doing, working and sweating the pounds away, made my heart hurt!
