Force Fit Xl Everyone appears to have their own opinion on sit united parcel service. Some say they aren't useful for the spine, others state the best exercise for overall abdominal development. For honest, I'm on a gate. I don't recommend doing 200 crunches every day but I do incorporate them into my programs. Like other muscle groups, you need to train your abs with variety.
