rapid tone diet
There and I noticed I seem to be doing ok it was just when it was the weight part that I got a little bit dizzy and a little bit lightheaded and it wasn't really heavy weight and it was like that for like the first Rapid tone diet circuit and then after that once I got into the second circuit it was running medicine ball slams and some deadlifts I felt pretty good I actually had a lot of energy I still have a lot of energy right now and it's 8:30 .
