Synoptic Boost Often times, people don't rest enough. They pressure themselves to do more work and get little sleeping. As a standard rule, everyone must reach least 8 hours of sleep seven days a week. If you are sleep deprived, your memory can be affected negatively when you grow elderly. One with the most embarrassing high stress moments I will remember occurred last year during the celebration of my parents' fiftieth holiday.
