You might have water, tea (unsweetened, of course) or cranberry juice for your drinks. Second day is your Vegetable day of the week. Just like the first day, you consume only vegetables on you may and lots of soup when you're getting hungry during. Third day-now you can eat both fruits and vegetables with the soup.
