All our clinicians are highly experienced, professionally qualified and active members of a hearing healthcare professional body such as Australian Society of Audiologists (ASA) or Australian College of Audiology (ACAud). All our clinicians have Provider Numbers and are accredited by the Office of Hearing Services to provide hearing services to pensioners and veterans. Entrusting your hearing health needs to a professional is a big step requiring confidence in both the practitioner and business you will be dealing with for many years to come. Our most senior clinician, Alastair Bacon, has a wealth of practical experience, having successfully fitted tens of thousands of hearing aids since 1984. Alastair loves the challenge of providing solutions to the most difficult of cases. We are experts in hearing assessment and in the fitting of hearing aids. Choosing which type of hearing instrument is best for you is a very individual thing, and requires specialist advice. Before choosing a style, seek advice from our Audiologists. We work with leading worldwide manufacturers whose products meet the highest and strictest standards, and who provide warranties and support services in Australia. If you qualify for free services you can apply for a Hearing Services Voucher. This voucher can be used to obtain a free hearing aid, or to obtain a discount on a more expensive hearing aid with more advanced features (a top-up aid). At Hidden Hearing we provide voucher holders with a discount of $750 per top-up hearing aid.
