Hi mike simply had a Flat Belly Protocol question I've been used to marathon running for a while however currently really wish to target building muscle and obtaining lean wouldn't it hurt gains to much to try to to a 6 mile run 2 to 3 times a Flat Belly Protocol week since I do enjoy longer distance thinning or would you suggest I just do hiit.
