I recently had an annoying one peeled off the tip of my nose. They are usually skin colored to light brown and grow outward using the center. My doctor had three tries to freeze it away with liquid nitrogen over several years, but it kept growing back. Eventually a skin specialist removed it with typically involves several application of cryotherapy, which did task. But has left a flat depressed 10 mm white spot of the end of my nose.
