AC To do this correctly you should
already know if your going to be doing any activity greater than a walk (if
something comes up you can grab a supplement or bar/fruit for a quick boost).
Also if your going to not be home be sure to take a easy quick supplement or
healthy food with plenty of protein (20 or so at least) after your workout and
simple carbs (should be no more than 1 gram of fat or fiber!). You should
consume it about 35 or 40 minutes after a workout if you drink it with water
and 15 if you drink milk.
