Customer munificence sucks. I ordered this product on 10/03 and I have yet to receive it. I called on 10/14 and they told me Skinology was shipped on the 13th, still no product. Today I called (10/19/15) and was advised it's been shipped yet I received no email assurance but they keep verifying my email address and my physical address as well, they haven't even billed me either. I told them not to send me anything since they haven't taken the funds but they assured me they did. I have actually spoken to my bank and reviewed my bank statement and no $4.95 was ever debited from my account. Did they pourcentage someone else's account?Then I say ok give me back my refund and I was told this is non refundable. How in the heck is it non refundable when I didn't get the product?
