Muscle Pro Xtreme Secondly, you've got to get off of your Muscle Building diet for a little bit. You can't bulk up and get ripped at the same time. You need to lay off of the carbs, drop the sodas, and switch to a water and protein diet. This isn't healthy if you do it for months at a time, but if you just do it for a week, it's harmless and will get your abs ripped like crazy.
