Horlaxen  Keep stressing the muscles. If you are using a weight that allows you to complete 3 sets of 10 to 12 reps without a feeling of exhaustion then you are not using enough weight to consistently stress your muscles. Your muscles should feel exhausted by the final rep of the final set. If they don't then you need to add more weight.
