Our support workers can support you to increase your social and community participation through development and training to enhancing your abilities to take part in social, community and recreational activities to achieve your goals. ARDS will ensure our support workers are have a passion and enjoy helping participants, be patient, supportive, have great communication and interpersonal skills. ARDS will ensure all support workers have cleared a Working with Children’s Check, Criminal history record and NDIS Worker Screening Check. ARDS will work to provide you with support workers who understand your cultural needs and ensure you have choice and control over the support you receive.
