Date: 07/06/2019My grandfather’s death was the first in the family. We were very thankful that he already invested in a pre-paid funeral from Southern Cross funerals. They took care of almost everything. My mother was too upset to do anything so I had to be the main contact and Southern Cross Funerals were amazing. There were a few decisions that had to be made and they explained everything. They explained exactly what my grandfather had paid for and carried out his wishes beautifully. They were very compassionate and professional, we were so fortunate to have them with us. I highly recommend them.

Joanne and her team were really helpful and helped us get everything sorted out, especially the paperwork. If you ever need a funeral director, I highly recommend SCFD.
