For everything you do on a daily basis, consider whether you could do it in a different way, so that you move just a little more: like taking the stairs instead of the elevator and physically playing with the children instead of putting them behind the television. If your daily routine is not enough and you don't feel like going to the gym, go for a walk or cycle in the evening. First take a lap of half an hour before or 2/3 times a week and if you like it it is of course good to do it daily and possibly a little longer.
