Hank’s jams, chutneys and relishes are made the traditional way, from scratch using only the finest ingredients with nothing artificial added. Hank’s original recipes feature flavours that were naturally made for each other such as Pear and Vanilla or Fig and Ginger (Bernie’s favourite). They’re all made the one and only authentic way, with time and love by slow reduction cooking.
