All our dog walker/dog visitor staff are thoroughly screened and trained. All staff have a current police certificate and are fully insured. All dogs must be fully vaccinated or have had a Titer test in the last 12 months. All dogs must be socialised and you must provide the contact number of your vet to confirm your dog does not have any behavioural or health issues that will affect our services. We will come and meet you and your dog (at no charge) prior to confirming your first service so that we can get to know both your likes and dislikes and you can ensure you are comfortable with your helper.
We only believe in positive reinforcement and we will only ever have a maximum of two dogs on a walk. This is so your dog gets the attention they deserve. We will make the most out of our time with your dog and we will play games and other enrichment activities during a walk or visit so that your dog's mind also gets a workout. As we all know, a mentally and physically exhausted dog is a well-behaved dog. If you would like us to, we can even work on your dog's manners and basic obedience whilst they are with us. We will love and care for your dog like it is our own furry family.
