This single storey residence was for a client looking to down size that had previously seen the quality of an Empire home and didn’t want to compromise using a project builder.

The home features high ceiling ceilings, double glazing, VZUG Swiss appliances, extensive built in cabinetry, wide format American oak timber floors and under floor heating. We created a resort style feeling externally with the addition of raised decks, water feature, seating and manicured landscaping.
