It all started with a grand vision and good timing. At a young age, Bruce Hale (President of CPC) had the opportunity to work with his father, Robert Hale, in their garage unwinding master rolls and turning them into sheets for them to be sold as packaging materials to local businesses.
After years of hard work and dedication, Robert finally sold his business in 1980 and retired. Bruce saw an opportunity in 1982 to utilize the experience he gained to start his own paper converting business
