I got scammed as well. I wish I had read these posts prior to ordering the trial. Although I haven’t completed using the products, this poor billing practice was enough for me to cancel any further use of or billing for these products. As stated by others, the product arrives days after ordering the trial and then they expect you to see the results in less than Regenere Skin Cream days. I called today after discovering the company charged by debit card for the face and eye products: The telephone analyst was nice but all she could do was apologize, but mentioned that the terms and conditions stated the 14-day bill policy. I don’t recall seeing any and she apologized saying, “I know most people don’t read them. I know I don’t”. Well, if they exist I clearly missed the document. She reimbursed me for 35% of the charged costs for each productand, respectively. Ellen DeGeneres promoted this product, so I will also let her know about this company’s poor practice that is marketing their product with her name on it. I also recall that the design of the website doesn’t allow you to opt out of purchasing the eye serum. I remember there was something nefarious about the design and how you were lead to order the eye serum before confirm the order for the face cream. Ugh! Writing Ellen first then the BBB!I made sure and canceled before the trial period was up. I didn’t have any problems cancelling. I continued to use the product until it was done. Looks like it’s actually working. If you want the product, you can buy it at Amazon. On the phone with them now I got scammed too!! This makes me so angry They aren’t willing to give a refund is the bank alerted you to fraud. So I will be calling my bank back immediate to stop payment on the charges. http://israelbigmarket.com/regenere-skin-cream/
