History
Established in 2005.
Together for fifteen years, Russell and Fabiana have started Brazilian Spit Roast and Catering in 2005. She is from South of Brazil and he grew up on Sydney's Northern Beaches. They combined their cultures and skills to provide a differentiated service, bringing a Brazilian flavour to the Australian barbecue.
With more than twenty years of experience working in restaurants in Australia and overseas, Russel has also worked in Brazil. His passion for the Brazilian cuisine and culture has moved to Brazilian Spit Roast and Catering, a company specialised in the authentic Brazilian 'churrasco', where meat is roasted on skewers over a charcoal fire.
We cater for private events, weddings and corporate functions and our mission is to provide quality fresh food and excellent customer service.
