Old Bagel House
Our old-world Montreal bagels have been made in their traditional way since the early 20th century. After working at the venerable Montreal bagel bakeries Real Bagel, Fairmount and St.Vaiteur, we decided to bring our craft to Ontario.
The secret of our bagels is simple: water, yeast, flour, sugar, eggs and oil. No shortening is used to make them chewy and crunchy on the outside, and baked in a wood oven fuelled by maple.
