Bridge of Hope is a health and wellbeing organization dedicated to supporting individuals affected by conflict and those experiencing mental and physical health challenges. Based in North Belfast, it operates as part of Ashton’s Health and Wellbeing department, offering a variety of services at the McSweeney Centre and Alliance Avenue locations. The organization’s mission is to foster empowerment and positive change for victims and survivors through quality services that promote health and resilience. Bridge of Hope provides complementary therapies such as massage and reflexology, physiotherapy, life coaching, psychological services, and accredited training. Additionally, it offers personal development programs focused on stress management, resilience, and mindfulness, as well as legacy programs addressing the impacts of conflict. Bridge of Hope tailors its services to meet diverse needs, based on the principle that no single approach works for everyone. The services are backed by Belfast Health & Social Care Trust and the Public Health Agency, ensuring support reaches those with common mental health issues across Belfast. With a strong presence in North and West Belfast, where conflict-related trauma remains prevalent, Bridge of Hope advocates for victims through research and collaboration with the Transitional Justice Institute at Ulster University. Its staff adhere to best practices and are highly qualified, making Bridge of Hope a trusted, victim-centered organization.
