Date: 17/12/2019I had chronic back pain and my weight was part of the problem. Changes to my lifestyle were essential if I wanted to recover. I decided to include cryotherapy as a part of the journey and I’m pretty amazed by the benefits. Apart from helping me to lose the stubborn fats, i feel energized and I feel as though my mood swings have levelled out. The Cryo staff are friendly and supportive. They encourage me to maintain my healthy eating and exercise. I love the place, t’s so relaxing and clean. Cryo was a great find.
