Top Mass
Gynecomastia is determined clinically as generalized enlargement of men's breast tissue, with the appearance of a rubbery or firm mass extending concentrically and symmetrically from the nipple, conducted by a histopathologically benign proliferation of glandular male breast tissue. It normally occurs bilaterally and is the most current breast form in males. A related condition, pseudo gynecomastia, shows as fat deposition without glandular generation and occurs most commonly in obese humans.
