* I just started doing the olympic increases and I was just fascinated how they fuel their bodies. If they don't complement im wondering they just eat well over 6000 calorie consumption.

 

 

Olympic raising is an eventual purpose of my own, but I have always study individuals saying that they recommend studying "x" increase before "y" increase. Should I concentrate on one increase before trying to understand the other? If so, which do you recommend? Why?
