We started KSC by accident after we
navigated the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) claims process ourselves and
then assisted some mates in doing the same.
Those veterans suggested it was a service
we could build a business around, so we gave it a try.
We strive to provide an excellent, ethical
service with great results while showing veterans respect, empathy and
professionalism.
We have assisted over 3,000 veterans with
DVA claims since March 2020.
We work hard to ensure we have empathy and
respect for DVA staff, who are crucial to the claims process. It’s not uncommon
for DVA staff to be veterans themselves, and very often, they’re also motivated
to meaningfully improve the lives of others. We see this relationship with DVA
staff as an asset for the veteran community, as working hand-in-hand can
provide an optimal outcome for all.
