this whole exercise, in case despite everything you're not seeing any additions, there are two straightforward reasons. The first alpha monster advanced is you're not eating enough. The second is if your muscles aren't feeling sore at all after the exercise, you're most likely not lifting sufficiently overwhelming. Do however advance with more weights gradually so you know the amount you can deal with. Have a spotter next to you if workable for wellbeing reasons. P.S.
