Yoga with Jo - Hatha Yoga and Recovery Therapy
Hatha Classes are held in the SATYANANDA YOGA ® Tradition and are tutored by Jo, Accredited Teacher No. 19654.
Yoga with Weights, a fusion of fitness and yoga. Jo has a Cert IV in Fitness and has fused the two modalities to increase Core and Joint Strength, increase lean muscle mass while at the same time increasing breathing capacity, mindfulness for being present in the here and now and reducing stress.
Classes are held at The Brooklyn Community Health Meeting Room. All Classes are beginner to mixed level classes. All welcome.
