Dindima Wines
The Bell family invites you to share in the pleasures of Dindima, a boutique winery in the Orange Region of NSW, Australia.
This is a high altitude cool climate region, which produces distinctive wines with great finesse. Like Margaret River and the Barossa, "Orange" is a wine region name that defines the wines produced there and it is protected by national and international law, just as is "Champaigne" and "Burgundy".
At our cellar door we offer elegant cool climate wines made from small parcels of hand picked grapes that are matured in premium quality French and American oak.
Dindima’s whites include Semillon, Chardonnay and a Moscato made from our Muscat grapes that were planted around 1948.
Our reds include Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot, and the Muscat mentioned above.
Recently we released our latest Rosé, a 2015 vintage; a 2014 Chardonnay, possibly our best yet; our latest Shiraz, a 2010 vintage, joining our Reserve 2012 Shiraz; and a Bordeaux blend, Cabernet/Merlot/Cab Franc 2010 in a 6 Pack "Cleanskins".
Dindima's Winemaker is the creative and multi-award winning James Bell producing premium quality cool climate wines.
High quality stainless steel wine making equipment together with fine-grained French and American Oak barrels are used in the winemaking process. Dindima’s wines are made in a French style, displaying typical cool climate varietal characters and drink especially well when matched with food.
