My lovely bride to be asked to see a dress only $200 outside her price range and was told "thats outside your price range and this isn't dress ups". Think the film "Pretty Woman" and you can picture the attitude. In a session where one has the opportunity to purchase a dream...it was turned sour but less then friendly staff which made us wonder if the treatment was racially motivated.

Hi there, I have been told when buying my dress for $ 1,400 that the buttons will be replaced and they will organise the dry-cleaning for me. 2 weeks before the wedding at the fitting I am told that I will have to organise the dry-cleaning myself but they gave my a contact at least. This contact called me to let me know that the buttons are completely damaged (9 of them) and that I need them replaced. After calling Jennifer Regan's store in Newtown,I was told to stitch them on myself as they won't do it for me due to the fact that my dress was on sale and not custom made. Can you believe it? I freaked out but found a tailor through the dry cleaner to fix everything up on time (hopefully). Jennifer Regan did not offer to send the buttons on courier, Express Post was their best offer. I am very disappointed with the service and would highly recommend NOT to use them at all.
