Solomon Health Declaration Card
Through its Solomon Health Declaration Card application, health organizations and hospitals around the world are able to acknowledge those who aren't able to receive health care through traditional means such as an International Health Card or a Health Declaration Card. Sometimes, people may not have the proper identification or a card in their passport to match their declaration. Others might have lost their original documentation. They may still be eligible for an International Health Card, but they don’t have a Solomon card. An individual may need another form of identification than the one he or she has. By applying for this card, Solomon hopes to ease these individuals' concerns by helping them acquire access to the many benefits that come with it.
