It’s important to note, you don’t have to be injured to seek and
receive myotherapy treatment. In fact, we recommend you get maintenance
treatment every 6-8 weeks just like you get your car service regularly.
Here at Myofitness, out regular maintenance treatments
are design to balance muscle/ soft tissue length, normal joint mobilization/
bone position, increase blood flow to re-establish the body’s capacity to
rebuild by enhancing nutrient distribution to the affected area, as well as
removal of waste products via the blood and lymphatic system.
Our Myotherapist have a comprehensive knowledge and
understanding of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology to determine a treatment
plan.
