The
purpose I am asking this is because I have always been informed to when
deadlifting, to keep the load on my pumps, and not on my feet..... Doesn't
dressed in heeled-shoes move the loads from the pumps to the toes? Also, do
professional athletes always use heeled-shoes on exercise and competitors, or
only during competition?
I'm not going to go into too much details because there are other content that do that. Basically, the pumps are only about 0.75" high, so there's not much there to move the load ahead. The basis for them is to be more straight in the go roles. To be more straight, you need your feet to go on of your feet and the pumps make this simpler. Can it be done without them? Sure, but the pumps ensure it is simpler. Megadrox
