Date: 20/05/2014Had to give a 1 rating but should be negative 100's
They had my iPad for 3 weeks promising it would be fixed by end of each week.
Finally had it returned minus the SIM card.
We didn't take it out they said, but it was there when given to them. !!!!
Checked with telstra and found it was used for over 63 hours whilst they had the iPad.
So not only poor customer service they are liars and thieves,
