Beef Empanada (Spanish Pie) - minced beef, onion, sultanas, Spanish black olives, hardboiled egg, honey, paprika, cumin and seasoning
Chicken Empanada (Spanish Pie) - minced chicken, chillies, honey, paprika and seasoning
Black Bean Empanada (Spanish Pie) (V) - black beans, sheep’s feta, spicy Salsa Brava sauce (see below), chillies and seasoning
Patatas Bravas (V) - crispy fried potatoes served with either Aioli or Salsa Brava sauce (see below)
Paella (Traditional Rice Dish) - rice, chicken, chorizo sausage, prawns, tomatoes, carrots, peas, corn, red capsicum, garlic and seasoning
Paella (VG & G) - rice, mushrooms, seasonal vegetables, garlic and seasoning

Salsa Brava Sauce - homemade tomato sauce with tomatoes, onion, chilli, red cayenne pepper, tabasco sauce, red wine vinegar, olive oil, slowly cooked for an hour.
