Founded by Daniel Ebbett in 2016, BlockBlueLight was born out of a need to fix
his worrying health issues.
Suffering from chronic insomnia as well as eye strain and migraines during the
day, Daniel’s overall health and wellbeing was declining – and he had no idea
why. There were many frustrating and failed attempts to try and fix his
declining health, he tried everything under the sun - different sleeping pills,
natural herbs, breathing techniques - but nothing seemed to help. At his wits’
end, he was referred to specialist doctors, but even they couldn’t help.
