SUHAGRA 100MG is a supplement to Sildenafil that is part of the class of medications known as the phosphodiesterase kind 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Sildenafil is a drug that works by reducing PDE-5 and also by enhancing NO action on the penis. NO triggers the enzyme guanylate cyclase which leads to an increase of cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate (cGMP) that results in relaxation of the smooth muscle and blood flow to the penis.
