Sugar Balance
Sugar Balance want any of those things ever at all and i really got fixated on the idea that if i just ate clean enough my body would stay around forever so like i said i started getting into um all these sort of different diets and then my brother at the same time he was um dealing with a lot of his health issues so i really went on this journey with him and we started reading so many books together listening to articles and Sugar Balance podcasts and blogs and i started eating differently i started eating very clean i ate only organic foods they had to be non-gmo uh twice sprouted and fermented and um they had to be i'm trying to think like what else there was no sugar no oils like i was very very strict and for me well i did have orthorexia too so there was this like idea of i want to keep a small body weight that really was not the main focus here my main focus with my orthorexia was i don't want to ever get diabetes i don't want to ever get heart disease i don't want to die and if i eat the perfect perfect diet this won't happen so i got into veganism and then i um ended up once that didn't work and my family made me not be vegan then i ended up getting into more of like dr weston a price and now while dr weston a price i think he has a lot of really great dietary principles that he has noticed in these aboriginal communities that can really help us learn how to create a good healthy dietary plan for us i took it to the extreme again so now i was eating eggs i was eating meat i was eating all this stuff but i was so scared i think scared really is the right word for that i was so scared to eat anything that wasn't the highest of highest quality and anything that had refined flour anything that had processed sugar anything that had canola oil grapeseed oil even if it was like a tiny little bit like even if someone took the most organic beautiful say like asparagus and like lightly you
